the selection series :: Article Creator The Marine Force Recon Workout: Fitness Tests And Selection Process Info Worth Knowing Being a Marine requires a level of fitness the average military member does not have. The fitness tests are more difficult and the training is challenging, requiring Marines to stay in above-average condition to perform their jobs. The Marine Physical Fitness Test (PFT), for instance, consists of pull-ups, a plank and three-mile run. The run is 1-1.5 miles longer than the other services, and pull-ups are the toughest calisthenics exercise tested in the U.S. Military. Then, there is the Marine Corps Combat Fitness Test (CFT), a more intense and job-related version of a test that requires a fast 800-meter run, a series of agility movements carrying gear, dragging people, moving ammo cans and throwing grenades (for accuracy). The Marine Corps obstacle course is another test Marines have to master as well -- and this is just...

red book :: Article Creator Decoding The Red Book Shortly before or just after your baby is born, your health visitor will give you a free Personal Child Health Record (PCHR), more commonly known as the 'Red Book'. This is an important record of your child's health and development from birth up to 4 years old, giving professionals easy access to information they may need and simplifying communication between them and you. For many mums, it is not only a source of vital parenting information, but a unique memento of your little one's early years too, and it should take pride of place in your changing bag. How does it work? The purpose of the book is simple: to keep a central record of your baby's growth, development and measurements, but it can be a bit confusing to know how and when to use it. Health visitors and doctors will need to review it and add to it regularly, so bring it with you to medical appointments ...

Levis takes what the defense gives him and leans on his running backs, Derrick Henry and third-round pick Tyjae Spears (projected Spears stats: 85 carries for 375 yards, 2 TDs; 20 receptions for 180 yards, 2 TDs).   Worst-case scenario: The Titans determine Levis is not ready to start and give an opportunity to Malik Willis if Ryan Tannehill misses time again this season or loses his grip on the starting job.
