The crash happened about 4:15 a.M. Wednesday, Jan. 31, on eastbound I-94 near exit 92 and West Columbia Avenue, the city of Battle Creek said in a news release. The Battle Creek Police Department responded. A previous caller reported the semi had passed them at a high rate of speed, the city said.
